The Greater Richmond YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and positive role model for a part time position. Responsibilities include planning programming, assisting with teen operations, and supervising children. This role will support multiple branches, including Chester and Petersburg YMCA. Pay range for this position is $17-$18 per hour. DUTIES of a Teen CoordinatorThe Teen Coordinator will provide leadership, supervision, and direction for programs that serve teens and their families. This position will work approximately 25 hours per week (hours vary based on teen program or activity for the week & planning time needed). Nights and weekend availability is required. QUALIFICATIONS of a Teen CoordinatorMust be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and good driving record. Bachelor's degree is highly desirable. Two years of related program experience with youth/teen programs is preferred. Demonstrated ability in human relations, verbal skills and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; good PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
