Job description

Job Summary:
SIRITECH SOLUTIONS CORP is seeking an experienced Product Delivery Lead / IT Product Analyst to support enterprise software product delivery and technology integration initiatives within a government technology environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate product delivery activities and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Support software product delivery initiatives across planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, implementation, and post-production stabilization phases.
• Coordinate end-to-end product delivery activities to ensure successful execution of enterprise technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architecture teams to define, prioritize, and implement technology solutions.
• Manage and maintain product roadmaps, release schedules, backlog priorities, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct business analysis and systems analysis activities to identify business requirements, functional needs, system improvements, and operational opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, functional requirements, and development-ready user stories.
• Perform process analysis, workflow evaluation, and as-is/to-be process modeling to improve operational efficiency and system usability.
• Participate in solution design reviews, prototyping exercises, feasibility studies, testing, and validation efforts.
• Support Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint execution, retrospective participation, and release coordination.
• Work closely with product teams to prioritize work items, remove delivery blockers, and maintain alignment between business and technical objectives.
• Coordinate iterative software delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate software integration activities and ensure readiness for production deployments and operational support.
• Support software release planning, implementation, validation, testing, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Assist with issue tracking, defect resolution, and deployment readiness planning.
• Ensure system integrations align with organizational architecture, governance, accessibility, and security requirements.
• Present product functionality, implementation updates, delivery progress, KPIs, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, expectations, and implementation objectives.
• Maintain project and product documentation, process models, governance artifacts, and reporting materials.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, accessibility standards, security requirements, and IT operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in IT product delivery, engineering, software implementation, or software project management.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams within complex technology environments.
• Strong experience supporting software integration, release coordination, deployment planning, and post-production support.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and iterative software delivery methodologies.
• Strong business analysis, process documentation, and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint 365, and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Power BI.
• Experience using AASHTOWare in transportation or government technology environments.
• Familiarity with government IT governance, compliance, and enterprise delivery standards.
