Position Summary...The (USA) Principal, Data Analyst leads advanced data initiatives by translating complex business challenges into actionable insights through rigorous analysis and strategic data management. This role drives the identification and integration of high-quality data sources, develops effective visualization solutions, and mentors team members to enhance analytical capabilities. By aligning data strategies with organizational objectives, the Principal Analyst ensures measurable business impact and supports decision-making processes. The InfoSec Business Engagement & Communications team integrates cybersecurity, data, strategy, and collaboration to enhance Walmart’s security posture. The team transforms complex security data into actionable insights, supporting portfolio management, analytics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. By partnering across Information Security, Technology, and business units, the team drives data-informed decisions, strengthens cybersecurity culture, and improves operational effectiveness.
