Provides functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development and implementation of hardware and software operating systems for the organization's products.

Salary: $131,000-$174,600

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy on-premises web-based applications using Oracle APEX
  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL code, stored procedures, functions, and triggers within an Oracle APEX environment
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, database queries, and system integrations
  • Maintain and improve existing Oracle APEX applications, ensuring high availability and reliability
  • Write, optimize, and maintain data with RESTful web services and API integrations
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices and documentation
  • Work within an Agile or iterative development process

What you Bring:
  • Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related
  • 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Oracle technologies
  • Proficient in Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or later), including SQL and PL/SQL development
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining applications in Oracle APEX (version 20.x or later preferred)
  • Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with various programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, including integrations or customizations
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter data structures, workflows, or ITK/SOA APIs is a plus
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS within Oracle APEX customizations
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Oracle certifications (OCA, OCP) are a plus
