Job Summary:
Harris County is hiring a System Administrator who will serve as the primary technical owner and full-access administrator for Harris County’s Contract Lifecycle Management System, Agiloft.

Key Responsibilities
  • This role is responsible for system configuration, workflows, integrations, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, governance, and platform stability across all participating departments.
  • Administer Agiloft system settings, tables, fields, layouts, workflows, permissions, roles, licenses, and master data.
  • Configure and maintain approval routing, automation rules, templates, clause libraries, notifications, and contract request workflows.
  • Manage integrations with Workato, DocuSign, SSO/IAM, email, PeopleSoft, LawBase, Unifier, eBuilder, Bonfire, and other connected systems.
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, automation pipelines, scheduled imports, and workflow execution.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues, integration failures, data problems, access concerns, and automation errors.
  • Review system, recipe, and workflow logs to identify root causes and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, Dev/Test/Prod environments, releases, upgrades, and change-management processes.
  • Maintain data integrity, security controls, audit documentation, configuration logs, SOPs, and governance standards.
  • Support departmental onboarding and CLMS expansion initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business administrators and contract managers.
  • Collaborate with County departments, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders on system enhancements and integration changes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience in system administration, integration support, or enterprise platform management.
  • Hands-on experience configuring systems, workflows, roles, permissions, fields, tables, and customizations.
  • Advanced experience with Workato or a similar integration platform.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth2, API keys, SSO, and credential governance.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
  • Experience troubleshooting system logs, integration logs, workflow failures, and automation errors.
  • Familiarity with Dev/Test/Prod environments, releases, Agile or hybrid projects, and change-control processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and workload-management skills.
  • Experience administering Agiloft or another Contract Lifecycle Management platform.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, or other automation tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with system migrations, upgrades, or platform transitions.
  • Agiloft University or Workato certifications.
