This role partners closely with Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs), franchise owners, and store leadership teams to ensure every location is operationally ready, properly trained, and prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

- Partner with Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs) and franchise owners to ensure store readiness prior to opening
- Participate in pre-opening calls and track progress against key operational milestones
- Identify and communicate risks that could impact opening timelines
- Coordinate travel logistics and onsite opening support schedules
- Support final store setup, ensuring operational readiness for training and guest service
- Assist with systems setup, training materials, workflows, and brand standard execution
- Execute opening checklists and readiness verifications
- Lead multi-day operational and service trainings for franchise teams
- Provide real-time coaching and operational support during soft openings
- Reinforce accountability and training effectiveness with franchise operators and store leaders
