Job Title: Student Worker - Student Administrative Associate
Job Classification: Student Worker

Pay Rate: $10.00 / Hour
Work Schedule: Minimum 8 hours a week. Hours required between 8AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday. NO weekends.
Desired Length of Employment: 08/17/2026 - 12/16/2026
Purpose: The Administrative Student Associate is a student employee responsible for assisting with details surrounding Intramural Sports, Outdoor Adventure, Club Sports, Fitness, Aquatics, Member Services, Communications, and assisting Campus Recreation professional staff.
Job Description:
  • Greet visitors with excellent customer service
  • Provide general office, administrative, or clerical support
  • May assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages and mail
  • May assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests
  • May assist with document preparation, filing, office records
  • Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
  • May assist with office supplies and organization of common areas
  • May assist with data entry tasks, spreadsheets and reports
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
