Job Description
BCS is seeking the services of a Senior Designer to supplement existing resources to the client's current staff. Under limited supervision, the Senior Designer is responsible for the preparation of mechanical designs and drawings utilizing NX11 and Teamcenter. The Senior Designer will ensure compliance and consistency to professional standards.Â
Duration - 1 yearÂ
Scope of WorkÂ
The candidate will be required to:Â
Perform design stack-up calculations, layout designs, detailing, and create advanced level 3D models in NX11Â
Research and analyze design solutionsÂ
Coordinate design development with project team membersÂ
Select and specify design components and materialsÂ
Participates in the documentation and change control of a designÂ
Maintain files and electronically store files in TeamcenterÂ
Abides by and is responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position.Â
Qualifications
Demonstrate acceptable proficiency in NX11 CAD via an interview through the ZOOM meeting portalÂ
A minimum of a 5 years of experience as Senior DesignerÂ
Ability deliver a quality work product to deadline driven projectsÂ
ASME Y14.5 - 1994 Knowledge or higherÂ
