We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance & Sanitation Supervisor at our Winchester, VA pasta production facility, where we produce Ronzoni pasta. The QA & Sanitation Supervisor oversees plant-wide quality, food safety, and sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Supervisor leads audits, investigations, training, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts to protect product safety, quality, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years in food manufacturing with increasing leadership responsibility in QA or Sanitation, including supervisory experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, and sanitation systems

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to inspire accountability and collaboration across cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work across all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing QA or sanitation teams

  • Experience using JDE/QM or similar quality ERP data systems

  • PCQI, HACCP, or SQF Practitioner certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Walk, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods on concrete floors

  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
