Job description

Job Summary: Entry level position during 90 day probationary period to learn and follow company procedures relating to all aspects of furniture installation, including unloading deliveries, building protection, and trash removal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with supervisor and co-workers.
  • Follow all safety regulations and use necessary judgment to prevent injuries to self and others, and avoid damaging building properties or furniture product.
  • Work within a team environment to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
  • Complete any reasonable task as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Accountabilities:

Always projects a positive image of SYNERGY through appearance standards and personal actions to clients and other crew members. Punctual and dependable.

Qualification Standards:

  • Schedule availability must be flexible for any time including early morning, late night, weekends, and overnight travel.
  • Must have and maintain valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read and understand maps and driving directions.
  • Ability to accurately follow oral and written directions and instructions in English.
  • Stands, bends, stoops, kneels, and reaches above head during entire shift.
  • Lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and moves up to 50 pounds constantly throughout the day.
  • Works in and during all weather including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow.
