What You'll Do:
As part of our Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) Team, you will create custom applications and plugins that enable advanced MS&A analysis for our customers, including verification and validation support, visualization, data storage and manipulation, and more. For you to be successful you will need to understand our customers' missions and their capabilities. Many of our engineers share these qualities:

  • Excel as a member in a fast-paced team focused environment
  • Better than average programming skills
  • Ability to interact with customers and respond to agile requirements
  • At least a layman's understanding of how the different levels of the M&S Pyramid are connected
  • The ability to tackle hard problems through the understanding and mastery of systems and systems-of-systems

Qualifications/What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of intermediate experience in Software Engineering
  • C++ and Python programming skills
  • Experience developing AFSIM plugins
  • Ability to independently develop creative solutions to complex software engineering problems

Nice to Haves:
  • Full-Stack Development
  • Exposure to AFSIM
  • Advanced degree in a STEM field

Education/Credentials:
  • Bachelor's degree in a math, physics, engineering, or related STEM discipline.
  • ship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
    • Required - Top Secret Clearance
    • Nice to Have - Current SCI access

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • This is an on-site position within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
