Overview
The Software Developer, Delivery Practice Coach (DPC) partners with cross-functional teams to strengthen modern delivery practices, improve execution, and accelerate value delivery across multiple engineering organizations. This role focuses on embedding scalable delivery frameworks and engineering disciplines to enable teams to work more effectively, predictably, and collaboratively. Acting as both a coach and change agent, the DPC role works closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to modernize process and workflow to reinforce accountability and drive continuous improvement aligned with enterprise objectives. The role is hybrid. Monday and Friday can be remote. Tuesday through Thursday. require in office days. This role can be located in Malvern, PA (Philadelphia market), Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX. All qualified candidates must be fully authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfer.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering is required
  • Minimum of 4-6 years as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or Technical Delivery Lead role
  • Experience working as a technical lead or senior engineer in software development environments
  • Strong understanding of modern software development and engineering frameworks
  • Experience operating within Agile development environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern engineering workflows
  • Working knowledge of Git Hub or Claude is required
  • Strong communication skills, detail oriented and adaptable presence is required
  • Must be able to interact with cross functional stakeholders on a regular basis
