Job description

Class A local truck drivers will make dedicated deliveries and pickups of medical supplies to BJC hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the greater St. Louis area. Class A local truck drivers will operate automatic 53' single-axle day cab dry vans and automatic box trucks with liftgates. Class A local truck drivers are responsible for safely unloading freight using pallet jacks, completing deliveries on schedule, and providing excellent service at medical facilities. Class A local truck drivers must have strong backing skills, especially when servicing downtown St. Louis campus locations. This is a temporary assignment from 08/10/2026 through 10/26/2026 with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.
Location: Hazelwood, MO 63042
Temp Assignment: 8-10-26 to 10-26-26
Truck Driver Payrate:
• $30.99 / hour OT after 40
Truck Driver Schedule:
• Local - Home Daily
• Monday – Friday
• Schedule: 6pm-6am (3rd Shift)
• 12 hour shifts with an average weekly total around 50 – 60 hours

Job Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Minimum 12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
  • Ability to safely operate automatic day cab dry vans and box trucks.

  • Ability to unload medical supplies at delivery locations.
  • Ability to work independently with or without delivery helpers.
  • Commitment to safety and customer service.
  • Ability to work 3rd shift, Monday-Friday.
