Job description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Sign Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of commercial signage products, including channel letters, monument signs, vinyl graphics, interior signage, and illuminated signs. This position requires the ability to work safely at heights, operate equipment, and provide excellent customer service while representing our company professionally. Requirements are Valid Drivers License as well as having personal tools.
Responsibilities

  • Install a wide range of commercial signs, including channel letters, cabinet signs, monument signs, vinyl graphics, and dimensional lettering.
  • Operate bucket trucks, lifts, cranes, and other installation equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, installation instructions, and site plans.
  • Perform electrical connections for signs as permitted by licensing and company procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair existing signage.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards.
  • Complete required paperwork, installation photos, and project documentation.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications

  • Previous sign installation experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with electrical work, welding, fabrication, or construction is a plus.
  • Ability to work comfortably at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for installations.
