Kiawah Island Club is hiring for a Server at B-Liner at the Beach Club! Servers delivers elevated, hospitality-driven dining experiences inspired by the coastal flavors and relaxed sophistication of the Lowcountry. Rooted in the culinary vision of James Beard Award-winning chef Mike Lata, B-Liner celebrates fresh, local, and sustainable seafood and ingredients sourced from regional farmers, fishermen, and purveyors throughout the Southeast.

Servers are expected to embody the restaurant’s warm, refined, and knowledgeable service style while guiding members and guests through a menu centered on seasonal seafood, responsibly sourced products, and vibrant coastal cuisine. This role is responsible for creating genuine connections, anticipating Member and guest needs, and delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect the culture, quality, and standards of Kiawah Island Club.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests throughout the dining experience
  • Develop strong knowledge of seasonal menus, daily features, wines, cocktails, and beverage offerings
  • Communicate the story and sourcing behind menu items, including local and sustainable ingredients
  • Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and service standards are met
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally and efficiently to requests or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service equipment
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and side work
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service execution
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor consistent with private club service standards
Qualifications
  • Previous serving experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or private club preferred
  • Fine dining or upscale casual dining experience strongly preferred
  • Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Requirements
  • Dinner service availability required Wednesday through Sunday
