Job description

We are excited to hire a shop manager to help launch our newest location, Rita's of Mableton! We are seeking upbeat and positive candidates that have food industry experience, but more importantly candidates that have the ability to provide stellar customer service, even when under pressure!


This position offers a positive, fun work environment with advancement opportunities (Part-time managers considered.). These positions are non-seasonal.


Our shop has walk-up/walk-in business, third-party delivery (Uber Eats and Door Dash), as well as catering.


Ideal candidates will have superior interpersonal skills, at least two years of progressively responsible experience in a quick service restaurant or other hospitality setting, and work references that can speak to the candidate's strong work ethic.


The shop manager will report directly to the franchisee and will work side by side with them to learn the business from the ground up! This will be an amazing opportunity for someone looking to grow with the company.


Salary depends on experience and potential to be a multi-shop general manager in the next two years.


Essential duties include:





• Overall shop management




• Cash, inventory and cost management


• Supervision of treat team members


• Shift scheduling


• Ensuring product consistency and store appearance




• Maintenance of major equipment


• Promote a team atmosphere
