Job Summary
We are looking for an Diesel Mechanic to join our successful Diesel shop.
As an Diesel Mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing different makes of Diesel motors. You must be comfortable using the shops computer software and have extensive knowledge of truck repairs.
If you have a never give up attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
  • Must be able to answer calls and react in a swift manor
  • Must be able to work on the side of the road or on customers lots
  • Conduct in-depth truck inspections of all systems
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Convey necessary trailer repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communications skills are required
  • Road Side Experience Required
  • Welding Experience Required
  • 15 plus years Truck Repair Experience Required
  • Must have Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Must be able to be on call one week and one weekend a month
