Summer Analyst (Technology & AI Exploration)

Are you an explorer and experimenter, someone who's not afraid to ask questions and stretch boundaries? At Accenture Federal Services, our Summer Analyst Intern program is designed for curious minds who want to dive into the world of technology, AI, and federal innovation-regardless of major. If you're excited by the idea of solving real-world problems, learning new tools, and working side-by-side with project teams, this is your starting point.  

As a Summer Analyst, you'll gain hands-on exposure aligned to the three (3) core positions we're hiring for in our analyst community: 

  • Software Engineering Analyst: Get a taste of full-stack development, cloud-native engineering, and AI integration. You'll work with modern frameworks, learn agile delivery, and help build secure, scalable systems that support mission-critical operations. 
  • Technology Analyst: Explore how we help federal clients adopt emerging technologies, apply structured thinking, and deliver innovative solutions. You'll learn how to analyze business needs, experiment with next-gen IT, and contribute to digital transformation efforts. 
  • Data & AI Analyst: Dive into data analytics, machine learning, and intelligent automation. You'll explore how we use tools like Python, SQL, and Power BI to uncover insights, optimize decisions, and deliver AI-powered solutions for federal agencies.  

What You'll Do 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real client challenges 
  • Translate business objectives into digital, technology, and organizational strategies. 
  • Experiment with emerging technologies and framework like Agentic AI. 
  • Apply creativity, business analysis, and structured thinking to design impactful solutions. 
  • Engage with mentors, attend workshops, and explore career paths in technology, software engineering, and AI.

Eligibility Criteria 

  • Must be a rising senior/4th year undergraduate student, with a graduation date no later than August 31, 2027 
  • All majors considered; STEM or adjacent fields preferred. 
  • U.S. citizenship required
