DESCRIPTION
As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering a positive guest experience. You will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage, providing shuttle transportation, maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas, and offering helpful information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to drive safely and courteously. This role is 5am to 1pm and 1pm to 11pm. Open availiablity required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling to and from their rooms.
  • Provide timely and safe transportation to and from designated locations using the hotel shuttle.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, including the lobby, entrances, hallways, elevators, and other common spaces.
  • Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, elevator buttons, and seating areas in public spaces.
  • Assist guests with general inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell and shuttle areas, ensuring guest luggage is properly handled and stored.
  • Deliver items to guest rooms as requested, including room service orders, guest amenities, or luggage.
  • Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, fueled, and ready for use at all times.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws while operating the shuttle.
  • Provide a warm and hospitable atmosphere for guests, anticipating their needs and offering assistance proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel departments to coordinate guest services.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by management, including occasional support in hotel operations.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive various vehicles, including shuttles and vans.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage, packages, or equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
