Job Description
The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for assisting with vehicle movement, giving shuttle rides and performing valet pickups and drop offs as well as maintaining the dealership's appearance while delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely pick up and drop off customers to and from the dealership, ensuring punctual and courteous service.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-friendly attitude to enhance the service experience.
  • Assist in organizing the dealership lot, including parking vehicles in designated spaces.
  • Keep the lot and shuttle vehicles clean and well-maintained for a professional appearance.
  • Work closely with the service teams to support overall dealership operations.
  • Keep trip records, including passenger names, and pick-up/drop-off points.
  • Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physically able to drive and move vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership's professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous shuttle service experience
