Position Summary
As a Shuttle Driver, you create exceptional first and lasting impressions by providing safe, professional transportation for resort guests throughout their stay. Your commitment to outstanding service, attention to safety, and knowledge of the resort ensures every journey is welcoming, efficient, and memorable. You will represent luxury hospitality standards through polished interactions, well-maintained vehicles, dependable transportation services, and seamless communication with resort departments, contributing to an elevated guest experience while supporting daily resort operations.
What You Will Create
  • You will deliver safe, timely transportation for guests throughout the resort and to approved off-property destinations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
  • You will create memorable first impressions by warmly greeting every guest, making eye contact, engaging in courteous conversation, and delivering personalized service throughout each ride.
  • You will enhance the guest experience by confidently sharing information about resort amenities, dining, activities, events, and services - all helping guests make the most of their stay.
  • You will support seamless daily transportation operations by reviewing the daily transportation logbook and event schedule to remain informed of guest needs, resort activities, and operational priorities.
  • You will maintain vehicle safety and operational readiness by completing preshift vehicle inspections, documenting damage, checking fluid levels and tire condition, and reporting concerns promptly to management.
  • You will uphold luxury presentation standards by cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of assigned vehicles.
  • You will support operational efficiency by making guest room deliveries as assigned.
  • You will assist transportation operations by dispatching shuttle drivers and serving as dispatcher when operational needs require.
  • You will maintain clear, professional communication with the dispatcher and fellow drivers using hand-held radios to ensure efficient transportation throughout the property.
  • You will maintain continuous shuttle service by remaining on an established transportation loop throughout the resort.
  • You will serve as a liaison between guests and resort leadership by communicating guest needs, concerns, and service opportunities with professionalism and discretion.
  • You will perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support operational excellence and evolving business needs.
