Job description

Hilton Garden Inn Orlando airport is seeking a Shuttle Driver for their busy airport properties. Position is shared with their three sister hotels: Residence Inn by Marriott, Springhill Suites by Marriott, and Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport. Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
Essential Job Functions
  • Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and transport them to/from approved locations using hotel vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with laws.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of hotel vehicles, including periodic servicing, fueling, and completing pre-driving checklists.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, handle complaints, and provide clear information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Adhere to security procedures for guest room keys and information and follow all traffic regulations while transporting guests.
  • Lift luggage and packages, manage deliveries, and handle guest transportation logs and schedules.
  • Must be able to drive manual/automatic vehicles, possess effective communication skills

Education/Experience
