Primary Purpose:

As a Kitchen Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dishes, glassware, flatware and the dish area. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.  

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Breakdown, load, unload, catch, and properly sort dishes, glassware and flatware as it is brought to the dish area
  • Wash, sort, and store pots in their proper location on the shelf, large items on the bottom shelf
  • Load dish washing solution into automatic dispenser and regulate the output of detergent and chemicals to the dish washing machine by monitoring and adjusting controls
  • Unload clean dishes from rack after being processed through dish machine, inspect for cleanliness and carefully stack in specified carts and shelves
  • Polish silver, copper and brass in all areas, as needed
  • Regular transport of equipment such as hot and cold box, speed rack, Queen Mary, and push cart from hallway to deliver to other outlets and facilitates
  • Sweep and mop floors and wash floor mats
  • Wash baseboard, floor drain, hand sink, table and cutting board
  • Separate and remove trash, garbage and place in designated containers; steam clean and hose out garbage can

  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience Kitchen experience Preferred
