Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food and accepting payment
  • Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
  • Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance dining experience
  • Address guest concerns and inform manager
  • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe

Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred
  • Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
  • English language and professional communications skills are required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Physical Demands
  • Mobility required during the entire shift
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
  • Consistently operates registers (Point of Sales System)
