Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community committed to providing exceptional service while creating a supportive and rewarding environment for employees.

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Independent Living community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

Available Openings

  • Evening Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM with rotating weekends.

Server Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Chesterfield dining room

  • Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed

  • Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner

  • Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room

  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred.
