About the Position: In the Server role, you will be interacting, taking orders, and serving meals to guests in the dining area. Essential Duties:
  •  Present menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service
  •  Record orders in POS System
  •  Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen/service bars
  •  Observe guest and respond to any additional requests
  •  Total bills and accept payments
  •  Always maintain composure and hospitality nature with guests and other staff
Qualifications:
  •  Hospitable
  •  Has server experience in full service restaurants preferred (1-3 years, but willing to train the right candidate)
  •  Has flexible schedule to work during  nights, weekends, and  holidays as needed
Skills & Abilities:
  •  Must be able to stand for 5 to 7 hours
  •  Ability to lift and move 20 to 30 pounds
  •  Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
