Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests from diverse backgrounds, providing a first-class experience and dedicated service they will carry with them long after they’ve left our premises
  • Ideal candidates are dependable, customer service-centric, and work well in a team
  • Demonstrating a strong level of communication and interpersonal skills, a Restaurant Server will be processing orders and serving food & beverage items to customers, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
  • Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed

  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service
  • Display knowledge of the F&B menu
  • Takes guest's food and/or drink orders and turns into kitchen, bar, etc

  • Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests

  • Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and other items as applicable and/or necessary
  • Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures

  • Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager

  • Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping
