Job description

Field Day Brewing Co. is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our team! If you enjoy providing great hospitality, working in a fast paced environment, and learning about craft beer, we'd love to meet you.

As a Server, you'll create memorable experiences for our guests by providing attentive service, sharing menu and beer recommendations, and working alongside a team that takes pride in hospitality.

Field Day Brewing Co. is North Liberty's first brewery, known for handcrafted beer, great food, and genuine hospitality. Whether guests join us for dinner, drinks, or a special event, our goal is to deliver an experience they'll want to come back for.

Compensation for fully trained Servers starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks promptly
  • Recommend beers, menu items, and food pairings
  • Maintain clean and organized tables throughout the guest experience
  • Process guest payments accurately using our POS system
  • Promote featured beers, merchandise, and to-go offerings
  • Follow responsible alcohol service practices
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure excellent service
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and support the team wherever needed
