About the Role:

Food servers are largely responsible for the entire experience that a customer has at a restaurant. In that regard servers need to be courteous and professional when they are greeting customers, taking customer orders, dealing with customer issues and complaints, and giving customers their bill. Servers must have attention to detail, be able to answer menu questions, provide suggestions, and collaborate with the kitchen staff, managers and other foodservice staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Food Handler's Certification
