Role Description The Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Livermore, CA. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including inspections, repairs, and adjustments to keep tools operating within specified parameters. Daily tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and completing preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules and procedures. The technician will support equipment installation and startup, follow safety and cleanroom protocols, and maintain accurate documentation of work performed and parts used. Collaboration with engineers, operators, and vendors to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
