Overview

Security/ Maintenance - Weekend Overnights

ย 

RiverWoods Exeter is currently seeking a Weekend Overnight Security maintenance technician to join our team and help provide excellent and quality customer service in support of our residents and community. This is an overnight position Friday and Saturday Midnight to 8:00 am

Responsibilities
  • Performs and completes resident work orders
  • Meets and works closely with outside, third-party contractors performing work onsite
  • Inspects and or services designated equipment which includes but is not limited to: pumps, motors, air handlers, fire sprinkler system, fire alarm panels
  • Inspect facility buildings and premises to prevent fires, theft, vandalism, and intruders; confront unauthorized persons for questioning as needed; report safety and/or fire hazards or security activities.
  • Change lightbulbs, assist with floor care, remove trash/recycling from the building
  • Maintains accurate work order logs and other required documentation
  • Provides direct assistance to the Director of Facilities for special projects, annual preventative maintenance duties, or other tasks as assigned
  • Assist with snow removal in the winter months to ensure safety for the community
  • Assist Community Life or Campus Services team with other projects, room set-up, resident needs, or other requestsย 
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum 1-year experience preferred
  • CPR certification preferred, not required
