What You’ll Do

Operate Manufacturing Equipment

✔ Operate cut-sheet thermoforming machines in a safe and efficient manner.

✔ Load raw material into machines and remove finished product.

✔ Set up machines by adjusting parameters and installing molds according to work instructions.

✔ Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, and finishing parts.

Ensure Product Quality

✔ Take ownership of the quality of the final product being produced.

✔ Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet customer specifications.

✔ Identify and communicate quality or machine issues as needed.

Support Production Efficiency

✔ Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

✔ Monitor scrap levels and help minimize waste.

✔ Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production flow.

✔ Work collaboratively with team members to keep production running smoothly.

Maintain a Safe and Organized Workplace
