Job Title: Physician Assistant

At GoHealth Urgent Care, we GO above and beyond for our patients, communities, and team members to ensure effortless, personal, and connected experiences. We have partnered with Legacy Health, one of the most respected healthcare networks in the Pacific Northwest, to create a substantial network of urgent care centers across Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA. Our state-of-the-art centers are equipped with advanced technology, including an integrated Epic EMR (integrated w/ Dragon Dictate). The partnership also provides unique patient access tools, such as online registration and appointment scheduling.

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Physician Assistants with experience in adult and pediatric care to join our team in the Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA region.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to practice urgent care medicine and receive professional support from one of the nation's fastest-growing urgent care networks. Work alongside with a Clinical Leadership team that is supportive, honest and transparent.

Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages). Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), overview reads of EKGs and X-rays. Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and Paramedics for support. Opportunity to work with a Scribe. Dedicated Urgent Care Specialty – exclusively practice urgent care medicine – No Primary Care, DOT or Occupational Medicine in our urgent care position.

1-2 years' experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting required. Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an urgent care or emergency room setting. Ability to comfortably perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), overview reads of EKGs and X-rays.

Current applicable state licensure to practice as a PA or ability to obtain licensure upon date of hire. Certification from the National Commission on Certification of PA's. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Providers from the American Heart Association required.
