KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the laboratory area and equipment logs on a daily basis.

Update patient information and accurately chart patient exams in the EMR within designated time frames.

Handle patients' private health information with strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and company privacy practices.

Assist healthcare professionals in conducting exams, diagnostic procedures, treatments, and minor medical procedures.

Provide patient education materials and effectively communicate physician advice and instructions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience as an Intake Scribe, MA, CNA, Dental Assistant, or related patient or healthcare role.

Willingness and ability to work and travel between all five clinic locations (Eagan, Vadnais Heights, Woodbury, Lakeville MN & Hudson, WI)

Ability to work full-time, M-F, 8a-5p - this is a year-round position

Valid Driver's License.

BLS or CPR certified or willingness to become certified.

Resident of Minnesota/Western Wisconsin or in the process of relocating to Minnesota.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of experience as a Clinical Assistant or Intake Scribe.

1+ years of experience managing patient health information within an EMR.

1+ years of experience working within specialty care.
