Weekend Receptionist

Join Our Team at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center!

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing clerical support, and maintaining the facility's administrative functions.

Shift is every other Saturday and Sunday from 8a-4p. Weekly pay. $16.25 an hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize proper phone etiquette

  • Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas

  • Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions

  • Distribute paychecks per policy and procedure

  • Receive and direct incoming mail and deliveries appropriately

  • Demonstrate correct safety techniques

  • Respect and take care of facility equipment and supplies

  • Contribute to and promote resident and family relations

  • Knowledgeable in facility's Privacy Practice and complies with protecting all residents' health information

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from an accredited school/college, preferred

  • Must have a working knowledge of filing and respect for confidentiality

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

  • Possess the ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergency situations

  • Knowledgeable of administrative practices, procedures, and guidelines

  • Cheery personality and ability to work harmoniously with other personnel

  • Ability to seek out new methods and principles and incorporate them into existing practices

  • Ability to type 50 words per minute

  • Knowledgeable of all office equipment
