  • Lead large SAP Manufacturing implementation programs, from design and configuration through build, integration testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.

  • Facilitate executive and cross-functional design workshops, driving key design decisions with clear recommendations, standard SAP leading practices, and fit-to-standard guidance.

  • Direct the design, configuration, extension, testing, and deployment of SAP Digital Manufacturing capabilities including production execution, resource orchestration, POD design, production process design, quality execution, traceability, and analytics.

  • Design and govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP EWM, SAP QM, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, shop-floor equipment, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and automation systems.

  • Advise clients on SAP ME/MII/legacy MES modernization, cloud MES adoption, global template strategy, multi-plant rollout planning, and sustainable support models.

  • Collaborate with project teams, delivery leads, client executives, architects, and Accenture capability leaders to create differentiated SAP Manufacturing offerings and delivery assets.

  • Coach and mentor consultants, solution architects, and client teams while maintaining delivery quality, risk management, and alignment to business outcomes.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience, including SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP Manufacturing Execution, SAP MII, Plant Connectivity (PCo), and manufacturing integration solutions.

  • Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations in a solution lead, functional lead, architect, or program leadership capacity.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing execution and insights, including configuration, Production Process Designer modeling, POD design, APIs, manufacturing data objects, extensions, reports, and analytics.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience and understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transaction data, including materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, production/process orders, confirmations, goods movements, and quality integration.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience designing integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing using standard interfaces, APIs, IDocs/BAPIs, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, and shop-floor connectivity patterns.

  • Experience leading client workshops, define key design decisions, manage senior stakeholders, and translate manufacturing business objectives into scalable SAP solution designs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience requires a minimum of 12 years total work experience.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience with SAP Quality Management, including quality master data, inspection planning, results recording, nonconformance management, usage decision, and integration with SAP Digital Manufacturing.

  • You have an understanding of OPC servers, OPC UA/DA, MQTT, PLCs, SCADA, historians, SAP Production Connector, and integration with shop-floor automation systems.
