We are looking for a Senior SAP BASIS Lead with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP BTP, including system upgrades, migrations, and cloud environments across Azure/AWS.
The ideal candidate will have proven lead-level experience managing teams, driving end-to-end SAP landscape architecture, and supporting RISE with SAP / S/4HANA transformations in enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
  • 7+ years of experience as an SAP Basis/HANA Administrator managing SAP HANA and S/4HANA landscapes.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Basis technical planning, installation, configuration, upgrades, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SLT, Solution Manager, and SAP Router.
  • Experience with OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions, SSO, and SSL certificate installation.
  • Hands-on implementation and conversion experience with S/4HANA solutions.
  • Experience with Support Packages, Kernel upgrades, TMS configuration, transport administration, operation modes, profile parameters, and background jobs.
  • Strong experience with SAP Backup and Recovery.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HANA High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
  • Expertise in SAP system migrations using DMO and SAP upgrades.
  • Strong SQL scripting skills, including stored procedures and performance optimization.
  • Expertise with SAP SLT and SAP Data Services.
  • Experience with SAP sizing using SAP Quick Sizer.

  • Strong incident troubleshooting experience across SAP, OS, work processes, logs, OSS Notes, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend solutions.
  • Experience creating operational procedures and technical documentation.
  • Ability to provide scheduled weekday/weekend on-call support.
  • SAP S/4HANA and OS/DB Migration certification is a plus.
