Grenier Chrysler Montréal-Est is looking for a dynamic, professional, and cheerful person to join its team as a daytime receptionist.
Do you enjoy interacting with people, are you organized, and are you committed to providing excellent customer service? This opportunity could be for you!

Your Role
As a receptionist, you’ll be the first person our customers interact with. You’ll help ensure they have a warm and professional experience from the moment they arrive.
Your main responsibilities:
Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism;
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments;
Take and relay messages;
Greet customers who visit the dealership and direct them according to their needs;
Perform certain administrative and support tasks;
Ensure the smooth flow of information between departments;
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming;
Provide customer service that meets the dealership’s standards.

Desired Profile

We are looking for someone who:
Has an excellent sense of customer service;
Is cheerful, welcoming, and professional;
Is organized, punctual, and self-reliant;
