CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ FAIRE
- Vous serez le cur du salon, gerant toutes les operations et apportant leadership et outils de reussite.
- En montrant l'exemple, vous aiderez votre equipe a developper sa clientele et son activite. Vous vous concentrerez sur la rentabilite du salon et formerez les stylistes aux ficelles du metier.
- Vous montrerez l'exemple et fournirez tous les services de soins capillaires proposes par SmartStyle, garantissant ainsi une qualite optimale a chaque client.
- Vous agirez en tant que coach et mentor pour faire ressortir le meilleur des employes du salon, garantissant ainsi un environnement de travail positif.
- Vous recruterez, formerez et gererez les conflits et les reclamations des clients avec aisance et professionnalisme.

- Vous detenez un permis d'exercice en cosmetologie ou en coiffure, conformement a la reglementation provinciale.
- Vous pouvez et souhaitez travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine.
- Vous maitrisez les technologies et pouvez effectuer des taches administratives. Vous pourriez etre amene a fermer le systeme en fin de journee.
- Vous devez savoir lire, ecrire et effectuer des calculs de base.
- Vous devez etre disponible pour vous deplacer pour assister aux reunions et aux formations obligatoires, y compris pour des deplacements de plus de 24 heures.
EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES
- Si vous aimez bouger et rester actif, vous le pouvez ici. Vous serez debout, vous souleverez des objets et vous vous efforcerez de viser haut. Vous devez etre a l'aise pour soulever des charges, vous pencher et effectuer des mouvements repetitifs, et soulever occasionnellement des charges de 4,5 a 11 kg.
- Nous utilisons des produits chimiques et des parfums dans nos soins, que vous sentirez. Vous devez etre a l'aise avec les parfums et les produits chimiques.
