Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our sales executives to meet and exceed client expectations, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Handle order-taking, make product recommendations, and promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient delivery and setup of rental items.
- Meet with clients in our SOHO and East Rutherford showrooms, offering personalized assistance and guidance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in party rental, catering, or related foodservice roles, enabling you to understand the unique needs of our clients.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate order processing and timely follow-up.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative to work independently.
- Flexibility to work regular business hours, providing you with nights and weekends to enjoy your personal time.
