ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement and maintain leading-edge analytics system taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
- Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-targe mappings and information-model specifications documents for data sets
- Work directly with management to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with reporting components from multiple databases
- Proactive analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives operations performance
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and solution performance
- Create best-practice reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth thorough complex dataset analysis
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or statistics
- Three (3) or more years of experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
- Technical writing experience including queries, reports and presentations
- Practical experience in statistical analysis through use of business intelligence tools and software
- Experience with multiple database and geospatial applications, including PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize data trends and anomalies in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to create user-friendly dashboards and reports for interpretation by others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation, planning, organization and leadership skills.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing work environment and work schedules.
