Experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

Unified Women's Healthcare is the leading national platform for women's healthcare. Our affiliated practice is seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our boutique gynecology practice in South Miami.

Novel OBGYN is a boutique, patient-centered gynecology and women's health practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized care in a modern, welcoming environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced provider who values clinical excellence, professionalism, and outstanding patient service.

Position Highlights:

  • Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Initial schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Opportunity to transition to full-time within 3–6 months
  • Full-time applicants are also encouraged to apply
  • Patient volume 16-25 per day
  • Office-based gynecology
  • No obstetrics, hospital responsibilities or call
  • Perform routine GYN exams, IUD insertions/removals, all aspects of Women's Health
  • Record patient history and follow-up with patient

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Florida-licensed NP or PA
  • Gynecology or women's health experience preferred
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, dependable, organized, and patient-focused
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the physician
  • EMR experience (Athena experience is a plus)

Requirements:

  • National NP or PA certification or ability to obtain
  • Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
  • Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
  • CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
  • Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
  • Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
  • Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
