Job description

Weekend Injection Operator

Location: Dunlap, TN, 37327

Position Description
  • Ensure quality standards and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate schedules to meet production deadlines.
  • Manufacture, troubleshoot, and repair parts, components, and systems.
  • Set-up and operate injection-molding equipment to produce rubber and silicone frames as instructed.
  • Perform and record measurements of part dimensions and check for aesthetic appearance.
  • Read and diagnose errors from machine display.
  • Block the release of faulty parts and units as instructed.
  • Save and load tool data/tool files to the memory system.
  • Assemble profiles/frames according to print specifications.
  • Drill and deburr parts as required.
  • Record inspection data as required.
  • Achieve company standard times and scrap levels.
  • Ensure proper supply of material to the workplace, including rubber and silicone compound material, inserts, and profiles.
  • Package semi-finished and finished goods in line with production orders and packaging visualization.
  • Maintain a safe and clean production area.
  • Fulfill other duties as determined by skill level and corporate need.
Educational Level

High School Diploma or advanced degree required.

Special Skills / Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and work in other areas.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities.
  • Show proficiency in all projects across all departments.
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and instructions.
