Quality & Process Lead - Job Description
At Aradius Group, quality is not just a checkpoint - it is part of how we deliver on our promise to clients and to each other. We are seeking a Quality & Process Lead to establish, maintain, and continuously improve operational quality standards across the organization.
This role works across estimating, purchasing, production, and accounting to ensure projects move through the organization accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with documented processes and client expectations. The Quality & Process Lead serves as a neutral, process-focused partner across departments, with a focus on creating accountability and consistency.
What You'll Do:
  • Review jobs at key stages throughout the production lifecycle to ensure alignment with specifications, processes, and client requirements.
  • Provide formal quality sign-offs at critical checkpoints before projects move to the next stage.
  • Identify and escalate risks, inconsistencies, or process deviations that could impact quality, cost, or timelines.
  • Act as a neutral quality authority with the ability to pause or stop production when quality standards or documented processes are not being met.
  • Lead and manage the Corrective Action Response (CAR) process, including root cause analysis, documentation, follow-through, and reporting.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
  • Audit workflows and support consistent use of operational systems and processes, including PACE.
  • Analyze trends related to quality issues, inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate quality review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to reinforce accountability and operational consistency.
  • Partner with estimating, purchasing, production, and accounting teams to improve communication, alignment, and execution across the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and monitor quality-related KPIs and provide leadership with reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Confident communicator who can reinforce standards and accountability across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Comfortable working in both office and production environments.
  • Process-minded leader who values consistency, documentation, and operational discipline.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, or process improvement.
  • Experience in a workflow-driven production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience developing and implementing SOPs and operational processes.
  • Understanding of job lifecycle management and cross-functional production workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training/certification is a plus.

Reasons you'll love working here:
  • Reliable and Flexible Hours: We will give you a schedule you can count on.
  • Career Development: We invest in you. Setting you up for success and learning from industry experts. See where your journey can take you.
  • Benefits: Access to a full benefits package including 401(k), 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, medical, vision, dental, company-paid long and short-term disability, an Employee Assistance Program for free and confidential mental health, legal, and financial services, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
