Job Description:
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to identify hardware quality issues early in the product lifecycle.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
Support quality initiatives for manufacturing, on-platform, and off-platform support equipment.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Work with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and program teams to resolve quality concerns.
Ensure quality processes support timely delivery of customer commitments.
Support quality planning, audits, and compliance with company and customer requirements.
Must Haves:
Engineering Degree.
10+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
Strong experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Experience working in cross-functional engineering and manufacturing environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
10+ years of Quality Engineering experience in the Aerospace industry.
5+ years of experience working with DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency).
Experience supporting complex engineering or defense manufacturing programs.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 9+ years, Master's degree with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years of related experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related STEM discipline. Engineering Degree with 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience is required.
