Job description

Position: RN Cardiovascular Cath Lab
Location: Anchorage, AK
Shifts/Schedule: Full-Time | 7a-7:30pm (12 Hour Shifts) | Weekend/Holiday Call
Unit/On-Call Details:
  • 3 rooms, on average 4-6 procedures per day. On call requirement so must live within 30 minutes of the facility. They range from 8-10 days of call in a 4-week period.
What You’ll Do:
As a highly-skilled and compassionate Cath-Lab Nurse you will provide assistance with all invasive cardiac, vascular and interventional procedures. You will demonstrate clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care. You will be part of a team that pulls together to provide quality patient care experience. We are seeking passionate individuals who are ready to take their career to the next level! 
Qualifications Required:
  • Current RN license active and in good standing
  • Associate’s Degree in nursing required, bachelor’s preferred
  • Two to three years of Cath Lab experience required or 5 years of experience in a high acuity setting (Critical Care, ICU, etc.)
  • MUST have experience Circulating, Monitoring and Sedation medication (plus exp. mixing sedation drips)
  • No mapping experience needed (performed by 3rd party company)
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certified (ACLS)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay rate range: Min $38.79/hr. – Max $53.68/hr. (Based on years of experience)
  • Shift Diffs: Nights $4.65/hr., Evenings $2.75/hr., Weekends $2.50/hr., On-call $4.50/hr.
  • Certification Diff: $2.00/hr. additional added to pay rate
  • Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
