Job description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team in Harrisonburg and nearby communities.​

This is a flexible position that can accommodate full-time or your current schedule, ideal for evenings, after your primary job, or weekends.​

Responsibilities:

Conducting initial and ongoing nursing assessments

Developing and updating individualized care plans,

Completing office paperwork, care plan updates, and required regulatory documentation

Conducting caregiver initial paperwork and training as needed

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Virginia (required)

CPR/BLS certification (required)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Additional Information:

New RNs with no prior home care experience are welcome to apply; training and ongoing support are available.​

Mileage reimbursement will be provided based on the current Virginia rate for travel to and from patient visits.​
