The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse RN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

This full-time Weekend Warrior position offers nurses the flexibility to choose between 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

In addition to a consistent weekend schedule, this position includes Additional Weekend Warrior Pay and a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations throughout the weekend

  • Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans of care

  • Supervise, support, and provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

  • Perform resident assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed

  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse RN license
