Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s (7a - 7p) | Every other weekend rotation

What You’ll Do
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments, including long-acting injectables
  • Lead admissions, discharges, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide crisis intervention using therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques
  • Supervise and collaborate with LPNs and support staff
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
  • Educate patients and families to support treatment goals

• Current RN license; BSN required,
• 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
• Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
