Weekend Triage Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health

As a Weekend Triage Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all Home Care services in the patient's home.

***$20,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates***

Multiple Service Locations Available

Schedule: You'll work 10 hour shifts every Friday, Saturday, Sunday. You'll be on-call from Friday at 4:30pm until Monday at 8:00AM.

Qualifications
  • Have a current Pennsylvania RN License
  • Have a valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Have current Automobile coverage
  • Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience
  • Have excellent time management skills
